NYPD picking a fight with an innocent black man

Two guys walking down a sidewalk and a NYPD thug harasses the man and picks a fight with him for no reason.

The man seems terrorized by the cop. The cop looks like he uses steroids.

Just by yelling angrily at them and diverting them from their intended victim.

And by getting close enough to make them nervous.

Not necessarily recommended, though.

while the cop was questioning him.

There are real police wrongs that do happen, don't diminish those with situations where they may not be in the wrong. I just do not see the cop being a thug here.

Where are the so called "good cops" to try to deescalate the situation

The man needs his id to get his medicine and he stated his daughter was upstairs

Welcome to the life of black man being harassed by NYPD

no hiring black cops wont solve the issues because what some don't understand is that no matter the cops' race they apart of system which gives them a carte blanche
