CNN found around 60% of Americans think the Confederate Flag is a symbol of pride not racism

Interestingly enough around 60% of Americans can't name all three branches of Gov. So what does this poll show us that a bunch of Republican websites are touting? Nothing more than the fact that most Americans are ignorant and wrong about a lot of things and what they think about the flag compared to what it actually represents are two very different things.

the public is ignorant about. The media loves giving credence to prejudice, ignorant shit to create controversy where there is none and to get idiots to tune in. They do the same BS with global warming.

I will say that CNN did discuss that the public was going through a learning experience on the issue though; unlike Fox and other conservative outlets that just used the poll numbers to promote idiocy.

they didn't ask any body at my house. But we don't have cable and sat.

Not saying they're aren't any KKK/White Supremacists types in California, I know for a fact there are a lot of them especially in the central valleys up and down the state. Kern County where Bakersfield is located, a lot of Texans and Oklahomans (oil field migrants) have populated and produced offspring indoctrinating them with their racists attitudes and mind set. I suppose they've been polled.

Yeah, we're a very backward, racist country. No doubt about it.
