A new Reuters-Ipsos poll finds that Donald Trump “has vaulted into a virtual dead heat” with Jeb Bush atop the GOP presidential field.

Trump had the support of 15.8% compared to 16.1% for Bush. They were followed by Gov. Chris Christie at 9.5%, Sen. Rand Paul at 8.1%, Ben Carson at 7.2% and Gov. Scott Walker at 5.8%.

i don't think some realize how big this is among the hispanic community .

i would say it's similar to things like black men(and it happens to hispanics also) who deal with cops .

these are things that various communities talk about and deal with regardless of whether they are political in any other way. they might not even vote or pay attention to most news.

We all saw how the Clown Car went in 2012 - one crazy person takes the spotlight and spikes in the polls for a few weeks, then he crashes, then another crazy idiot spikes in the polls. Lather, rinse, repeat, almost to the GOP National Convention.

Back in 2012, it was Newt Gingrich, then Michelle Bachman, then Rick Perry, then Herman 999 Cain, then Rick Santorum... (OK, I don't remember the order of the poll spikes.) Every few weeks, another idiot would emerge from the Clown Car.

Trump is very well known across the country and he is smarter than that clown posse that took turns leading the GOP nomination race in 2012.
