I hang up on more than I can count every day. I have the ringer turned off on my home phone but I have to answer my business phone.

If Rachael, from "Card Services" ever calls me again it will be too soon.

But there is no opt-out, and on the rare occasion that I actually get a real person on the line they cut me off before I can finish the sentence about harrassment, far less get an attorney's name to send a Cease and Desist Order to.

Let this public notice be the final warning before I go on the warpath.

Edit to add:
Citi changed their terms and conditions on their credit cards after tangling with me.
AT&T have a new procedure for dealing with harassing calls after tangling with me.
