I may hurl if I have to listen to this creep on a daily basis.

And he's doing it because God told him to. Isn't that also what Batshit Bachmann said?

I said months ago that I thought a bush-walker ticket was likely, and if it goes walker-bush that really wouldn't surprise me much. There are a whole lot of balancing dynamics in such a package...

Perhaps the thing to remember is that under pressure people by and large break in one of two ways...they go completely into selfishness, or they go completely into unity and sharing the burden of bad times. It mostly depends on if they see themselves as have a little more or if they see themselves as having a lot less.

The message of selfishness favors the Koch's agenda, which is total selfishness. And, the Koch's are willing to pay to achieve it. The message of sharing the burden is pretty much the core of what Sanders is saying. And there is some doubt about whether money can be raised to influence the vote to achieve that.
