Scott Walker to Hannity: Minimum wage laws are "lame idea"

Yeah, because we all know corporations will totally do the right thing without safeguards and not pay people sweatshop wages, just as was the case in the Ayn Rand-ian paradise of Dickensian England!

11. Even for the 1 Percent

There are three basic ways a 1 Percenter becomes, and more importantly (to them, at least) stays, a 1 Percenter.

He or she can get into the "hand money back and forth" game that is jokingly called investing.

He or she can manufacture and/or import goods for the 99 Percent to buy, or manufacture process equipment to be used in consumer goods manufacture.

Or he or she can sell goods and services to the 99 Percent. (Shrubism debunked: he wasn't saying "gooder service," he was saying "good or service." However, it IS funnier the other way... Shrub's handlers should have had him say "product or service.&quot

If the 99 Percent collapses, the 1 Percent will soon follow.

would be forced to live on it for six months. I'm even okay with getting them into some sort of apartment they'd be able to afford on that minimum wage, but then watch them struggle to buy food, pay the utilities, put gas in the car, and so on. All on the minimum wage. Not a month, not two, but six full months.

in front of an English audience. The crowd was openly laughing at him when he refused to say whether or not he accepted the idea of evolution. I just can't imagine a President who believes this way. He apparently is very uneducated.
