Sure, 'profit sharing' sounds great, but if you want to 'profit share' then run your company as an employee owned business, so that all of the profit goes to employees. It's like 'opportunity', a word beloved of Republicans and RW Democrats. 'Equal opportunity' means 'equal dependence on luck', and says there are still 'winners and losers'. We don't need equal 'opportunity'. We need EVERYONE to be taken care of, not to give everyone an equal 'opportunity' to be taken care of or left behind to starve and die.
