Portsmouth residents discuss Confederate monument

PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WAVY) — Residents from Portsmouth filled a city council meeting Tuesday night to discuss the Confederate monument at the corner of High and Court streets ... “I can’t remember a Portsmouth without that monument.
