Remember "no one's read it"? Reid and Albright nail it

Remember the Republican talking point about the Obamacare bill? "No one's read it!" "It's 2,300 pages!" - 6 months later it was still 2,300 pages but they hadn't had their staff read it.

Yesterday Republicans couldn't wait to get on the TV and talking about how horrible the IRAN deal is. Sen. Corker was a bit diplomatic but he was about the only one. McConnelll - hated it. Boehner - hated it. They went overseas and got Netanyahu to speak about hating it. Rightwing radio and TV had all the regulars on to hate it. Given these peoples' track record on everything that pretty much tells you it's at least okay.

This morning I see a clip from yesterday, Sen. Harry Reid say "my staff hasn't read it. I haven't read it. It's 100 pages. I urge all Democrats to find out what's in it before deciding" (approx. quote)

Madeleine Albright was on Morning Joe this morning. She explained the false comparison to the Iran deal and North Korea. They had no deal with NK. They were working on it and then the election happened and it was dropped like a hot rock by W&Co. She put it very nicely. Then she said that at this point the opponents of the IRAN deal "simply don't know what they are talking about" (exact quote). Mika takes the show to a commercial with a split screen of Scarborough silent and stone faced.

1. On course for the norm, hurry, jump up and say something, doesn't matter if they know what they are

talking about, like the 47, send letters to officials of the nation in which we were negotiating. It seems like even the Iranians thought the letter was out of line. Scarborough has been saying Obama was too anxious for a deal. I don't know what is in the deal but I know I do not want Iran to get nuclear weapons. Now Bebe wants to bomb Iran.

Bomb, bomb, bomb,

Bomb, bomb Iran...

These guys seem to miss the point that peace is better than war.

Yesterday, HRC spoke of being on a briefing for former SoS by Kerry and Moniz-- so I assume Albright must have been as well.

Former SoS's are included in briefings of current events. Probably consulted before hand too.

Boehner rushed to make a statement saying that doesn't have a clue other than that he is against it.
