Disney World Employee: We Were Told to Watch Black Customers

http://yourblackworld.net/2015/07/14/disney-world-employee-we-were-told-to-watch-black-customers/

Two Disney World employees have filed lawsuits claiming that they were discriminated against.

In a lawsuit, ex-employee Nabil Boromi, who worked at the theme park as an undercover security worker, said Arabs were viewed with mistrust. Boromi says he was also told to watch blacks because they had “committed a lot of retail thefts,” according to The Daily Mail.

According to Boromi, he was fired because he “complained about Arabic patrons being treated with greater suspicion whenever they entered the park”...

The other employee, a black woman named Camelia Joseph, complained that she was passed over for a promotion in favor of a white man with less experience and education.

So we can see who responded at that thread -and what their personal sob stories of "it happened to me too" in regards to this are.

In the mean time - this will be an interesting case to observe. I'm very interested in Camelia Joseph's story.

I've turned down Disney Trips for Years - annoyed several siblings.
Been to Legoland in Denmark and of course Coney Island when it was great.

that Disney gave an excuse for Boromi's firing, but there was no quote from Disney on Camelia Joseph. It will be interesting to see what happens there.
