Gotta say, I'd like to see Trump get the Repub nomination

just to see how many Latino votes he would get.

- 68% favorability rating has to be a world record.

need to kick foreigners' rears, etc. I really hate to say it, but I've heard the first two right here.

I think Trump could cause a bigger split in this country and attract racists, bigots, xenophobes, etc.

I wouldn't count him out because we despise his positions. He could also end up a VP candidate, drawing in those who think foreign workers are decreasing their wages. Ugly thought for me, but not everyone.

because he just might get elected, and then you'd be stuck with him. I don't think Trump is electable, but it's not completely outside the realm of possibility.

a tape the Friday before the election. An economic disaster could throw it, or a mass shooting Trump could pin on a minority. Lots of things.

Here's the deal: He's great for us Dems what with the friendly fire on his Repuke comrades PLUS shooting himself in every foot; he would make the whole Repuke thing a casserole of beauty throughout the whole campaign for us; fine.

As for the Latinos part, first of all most don't vote, some actually *would* (believe it or not).

The Chapo part: If the "jokes" about Chapo or a misguided zombie follower offs TRUMP it would set off a THING like the faux-Maine/Sp-Am War/Teddy Rough Riders thing. And on the low political level, all the empowered racists would rally and our Dem ticket would be GONE bigger than the October Surprise.
