Republican doing the usual...

Lie, then say "There was no interview."

Rep. Tim Murphy (R-PA), a member of the House Pro-Life Caucus, said Wednesday that he first saw the undercover video of a Planned Parenthood executive discussing fetal tissue and organs donations weeks before it went viral. When CQ Roll Call asked him why he didn’t say anything, “Murphy struggled for an answer before abruptly ending the interview with CQ Roll Call, saying he should not be quoted and remarking, ‘This interview didn’t happen.’” Rep. Trent Franks (R-AZ) also said Wednesday that he saw the video about a month ago. “The hope was to have as much information as possible so that the authorities could be notified effectively before the media,” Franks offered as explanation. Republicans on Capitol Hill and Louisiana Gov. Bobby Jindal are calling for investigations into the organization they’ve previously sought to defund.

Kind of clearly and undeniably outs a lot of the con artists that pass as media in the RW and their enablers in the mass media. That is my take.

This will all soon disappear into the usual darkness of hundreds of federal and state GOP Faux Outrage committees and RW outrage blogs as soon as the next faux Outrage! is manufactured - really all only show to try to keep the fleeing GOP base from peeling away for their party, like a 'Golden Dawn of Trump Party', is what the proud racists and proud idiots really want, like a new Tea Party, only better and not to be so disrespectfully tossed aside by Republicans as the defunct Tea Party was.
