As to ISIS plot to bomb a beach....wasn't there an explosion on a beach

last week? Unexplained? CNN is talking about a beach bomb plot that was just foiled by authorities.

per your link. I did not understand whether there was electrical current in the cable. If the sheath was breached that could've allowed electrolysis of sea water breaking it down into hydrogen and oxygen. Hydrogen is extremely combustible but since it is lighter than air it usually migrates up and away pretty quick. That's one of the arguments for the safety of hydrogen as a fuel. They say that the Hindenburg (Oh the humanity!) fire was mostly the paint or dope that was used on the fabric. Could be.
