Your TMI "special" for the day: Chris Christie admits he has used birth control

and added that "it was not the Rhythm method." His "confession" was in the context of how he, too, has not been perfect in his Catholic faith.

Just saw the clip on Morning Joe and even they were dumbfounded.

There are two reasons why Christie has suddenly started talking in supermarket tabloid headlines: because he's being funded by the parent company of one, and to lock in a slot at the August 6 Fox news debate by saying things that make Donald Trump sound lucid. Why do you think Ted Cruz cooked bacon on a rifle barrel?

He's not looking to simply out his sex life, he wants to both tell the 99% of Catholics in America who use contraceptives that he's one of them, not one of the ultra-orthodox Catholics, and to put out the wider message that he's not one of the far RW nutcases who hate contraceptives as well as abortion. But he'd still be happy to defund Planned Parenthood, which would deny contraceptives to millions of women.
