highlight how those attitudes are the same ones that shape the policies affecting women espoused by the Republicans. It is worth noting that the rest of those men on stage were silent. I'm no fan of Fox or Kelly, but there certainly needs to be a way to get the message across to women on the right that these people do not have their interests at heart. You're right. The worst thing Donald Trump has done has been to call some women things that he wouldn't call his mother (who did not mate with an orangutan, by the way). Other than his hiring and promotion practices, of which I, at least, know nothing, he doesn't have very many ways to demonstrate that he can fit into the GOP other than to say something personal and insulting to a specific woman, like the things he called Megyn Kelly. She may be a lightweight, but she made her point and did so with the full and active cooperation of Mr. Trump.

Of the five GOP presidential hopefuls you named (Trump, Walker, Santorum, Huckabee and Jeb Bush), only one currently holds public office, so it would be difficult for the public to make their public lives miserable. I don't mean picket in front of their homes or push the doorbell of each and run. I mean something that would humiliate them in public, or would if any of them had any shame.
