Huckabee, about Megyn Kelly: "Intellectually unsurpassed as a broadcast journalist"

Trump made a remark about Megyn Kelly's attitude towards him at the debate:
"You could see there was blood coming out of her eyes," Trump told CNN's Don Lemon on Friday night. "Blood coming out of her wherever."

That remark got him "dis-invited" from the RedState Gathering, a conservative event featuring GOP presidential hopefuls this weekend in Atlanta.

And Huckabee jumped to Keely's defense:

Former Arkansas Gov. Mike Huckabee -- a former Fox News host himself -- told CNN Saturday morning outside the gathering that he hopes Trump apologizes.

"Megyn Kelly was a colleague of mine for six and a half years when I was at Fox. She is one of the most remarkable people I know. Intellectually unsurpassed as a broadcast journalist, she has great integrity, and so you know I'm going to stand for Megyn Kelly," Huckabee said.

Having the most integrity on FOX news is not hard.

Trump is calling her out for singling him out for attacks. It is hard to defend her from that accusation since that is what she did in the debate. Most people say that singling out a candidate in a debate to attack their character is certainly not a credit to integrity. That Trump is now attacking her in crude character attacks only points out FOX news and the ilk that want to be on it are disgusting. I see no reason to see her as above the fray. She constantly allows people on her show to smear other people. She lets Carly Fiorina smear Hillary all the time. His fan base loves this crap because... they blame FOX news for hand picking the losers McCain and Romney. FOX news created these people and now they are getting eaten alive by them. Enjoy.
