If Trump Was a Blue Collar Worker, I Couldn't Save His job

A little background about myself.

I'm a union business agent that oversees about 17 contracts at various work sites that have maintenance employees, including licensed trade workers.

I handle grievances and arbitrations (arbitrations are handled with the assistance of attorney's), and negotiate Collective Bargaining Agreements when they become due.

That's a brief synopsis of what I do for a living.

Naturally, the most difficult situations are harassment charges, both racial and sexual, because they most often involve member on member charges (hostile work environment).

If a male employee member said about a female employee member, in front of witnesses, what Donald Trump said about Megyn Kelly, I don't think I could save his job.

Having said that, if I couldn't save his job at a unionized maintenance work site for his actions, he certainly is not fit to be President.
