A BP refinery goes down in Indiana & EVERYBODY raises their prices? Gas is under $2 in some places & they say it might take a month for the prices to drop here. We are screwed and I am pissed off. THey always pull some sort of crap to jack up the prices for no reason. If it really is a problem at the refinery, it's the gas company's problem because they're taking the money & running instead of repairing and upgrading their equipment. This sucks.

(14,449 posts)This is good. Most will get all errands done in one trip instead of numerous trips a variety of days. The higher the gas the better for the environment. You should celebrate this good news.

(8,646 posts)Gas prices rocketed up here too, in Alberta where we have tons of oil. Our price of gas now is the same as when oil was $90 a barrel. It's all bullshit collusion by corporations. And the governments of both our countries say nothing.

Where are Governor Snyder and AG Schuette when you need them. Oh yea .. there's that little tea party sex scandal they're trying to do damage control on.

(34,406 posts)thing going yesterday like she usually does--just like Michele Bachmann & Michelle Duggar. It must be if you're not talking and thinking about batshit crazy stuff or how to oppress others by whining about "your religious freedom", your eyes go back to normal. What a joke. Atta girl, Cindy. Hunker down & keep collecting that $91K salary/expense accounts and pray to the little baby Jesus that your constituents in the 80th are as gullible as you think they are. Yet another moralizing, sanctimonious, self-righteous bagger gets caught doing the nasty. She and Courser really are nasty pieces of work. It was pathetic that she dragged her schmuck of a husband up on stage with her. Ugh. I hate it when they do that.
