From the cockpit: Fighting wildfires by air (video)
Cockpit video: Retardant drop this week on the Windy Ridge Fire to protect a structure in eastern Oregon
I can't really tell if this is taken from the spotter plane or the retardant plane. There are smaller single-engined retardant planes but most are two or four engined. Video at source.
