Did the corporate media ever interview GWB as intensely as the CBS interview of Obama ?

Perhaps my memory is faulty, but I don't ever remember the corporate media EVER interviewing GWB as "non-softball" as Steve Kroft did with President Obama. I think Obama handled the interview very well. My only point here is, liberal media my ass. I think the bias is extremely clear. Interview ALL Presidents of ALL parties with equal intensity.

While he was a candidate, he did have some rather embarrassing moments, notably the 'who is president of Pakistan' question.

I could be wrong here, but I don't recall seeing a whole lot of sit downs with W once he was president. BTW, even the Brit Hume interview wasn't great for W. Brit asked him where he got his news and W essentially said 'not really.'

I found myself a little pissed when Kraft said something like, "you promised change and didn't deliver, should you run again?" I'll bet he never asked Bush, "9/11 happened because you didn't pay attention, you lied us into war in Iraq, and your irresponsible taxcuts are creating economy- killing deficits...do you think you should run again?"

Obama has an uncooperative Congress and he's the problem? Kraft should be ashamed of himself.
