Never forget that Jeb Bush has "an email problem" of his own. The "e-book" is a shiny bauble.

In brief, while claiming he wants "transparency", he:

1. Waited 7 years to release his emails from when he was governor (in violation of Florida law)

But it took Mr. Bush seven years after leaving office to comply fully with a Florida public records statute requiring him to turn over emails he sent and received as governor, according to records released Friday.

Mr. Bush delivered the latest batch of 25,000 emails in May 2014, seven and a half years after leaving the Statehouse and just as he started to contemplate a potential run for the White House, according to a newly disclosed letter written by his lawyer.

A Florida statute governing the preservation of public records requires elected officials, including the governor, to turn over records pertaining to official business “at the expiration of his or her term of office.”

“If they’ve been adding to it, it’s a technical violation of the law,” said Barbara A. Petersen, president of the First Amendment Foundation, a nonprofit, nonpartisan group in Florida that advocates access to government information.

She added, “The law clearly says you’re supposed to turn everything over at the end of your term in office.”

2. He claims he received 550,000 emails on his private account[/b ] while he was governor, plus another 2.5 million on his public account while governor. But, he only released 2.5 million hand-picked emails to the public.

We don't think that is "transparency", Jeb! Bush. See this next clip.

Jeb Bush learned plenty during his eight years as Florida governor, he told a crowd at a United Christian Giving fundraiser in Fort Myers on Thursday.

The president's little brother and former president's son took few partisan shots, mostly entertaining the crowd with stories from "Mount Tallahassee."

From winning a bet on the 2003 World Series with New York Gov. George Pataki — he collected in Coney Island hot dogs and Empire apples — to recovering from the unprecedented spate of hurricanes in 2004 and 2005 to the 2000 election of his big brother to the White House, it was an eventful time, he said.

Bush did take a shot at Democrat John Edwards, <<<joking with UCG founder Frank Helmrich that he needed a haircut.

"We're not talking about John Edwards' $400 haircuts," he said.."

He also took a poke at local land use rules, saying they almost scuttled his deal to bring the Scripps Research Institute to the state.

"It was a great idea, but it ran into local land-use problems," he said. "Uniquely Floridian, uniquely bizarre and uniquely dysfunctional." (bolding added)

Bush said he got 550,000 e-mails on his private account and another 2.5 million on his public account during his eight years as governor. That helped him stay in touch with the people of the state even though the capital is far removed geographically from most of the population.

Jeb said "Uniquely Floridian, uniquely bizarre and uniquely dysfunctional."??? Does THAT remind anyone of anything? How about George W. Bush's "Uniquely American" comment to the woman who was working three jobs simultaneously.... <<<queasy...>> Jeb is unmistakably his brother, without the brains or personality.

Speaking of that Scripps Research Institute "deal" in 2003 that Jeb Bush pushed onto us, it has turned out to be a major flop, just as many people warned ahead of time. Yet another story.

3. But what is NOT In the email trove tells the real story about Jeb Bush.

So, where are all the emails from the 2000 election theft time period, where Jeb Bush micromanged his brother's autocratic seizure of the White House?

Where are the emails from 2005, when Jeb Bush conspired with George W. Bush and his FEMA director Michael "Heckuvajob Brownie", to steer half a billion dollars in federal contracts to their buddy Mickey Arison at Carnival Cruise to "house" Katrina relief workers on three of his ships?

Where are the emails from time of the 2001 Enron collapse, which drained a $335 million from Florida's pension fund when Jeb was governor, and sitting as a trustee on the State Board of Administration that made those decisions?

And where are the emails from 2003-2006 and beyond, when Florida's pension fund subsequently lost $1 Billion as it was (AGAIN) being funneled, this time, into Lehman Brothers' coffers when Jeb! was governor, and sitting as a trustee on the State Board of Administration that made those decisions?

And where are the emails from 2005, when Jeb Bush relentlessly hounded Terri Schiavo's family in their very personal and private end of life decisions, because it didn't mesh with his own religious beliefs?

His presidential aspirations are a farce.

Jeb Bush has SO MUCH TO ANSWER FOR!!!!!!

GET ON IT, MEDIA.

This country's fate lies in the balance.
