5. Stellar response to the Bain Capital question

It was spot on, did not give an inch, and was incredibly lucid and explanatory: if you're going to put your experience as head of an equity firm as the basis of your ability to deal with the economy, it's a legitimate discussion to have; and people need to understand that the job of equity firms (to maximize profits for investors) is not the job of a president (to maximize opportunity for EVERYONE, from the lowest worker to the investors, and everyone in between). He was explaining the ways in which Romney does not understand what the job of a president is: to work for all the people.

This was Obama at his best.
