People who are spending thousands on “alternative” treatments and “natural” remedies that work no better than a sugar pill. People who fret that certain foods will kill you. Children who are suffering and dying from vaccine-preventable diseases.

Bad, nasty people are encouraging needless fear from good people, in order to pick their wallets.
