Was there ever a final determination of cause of the Philly Amtrak crash?

I feel like it got quiet. What ever happened with the loud bangs in the engineers cabin? Has fault been assigned? Is the conductor back to work?

I would imagine he is at least not driving a train until the investigator was complete. The fact that the train was going 100 mph, and there were no reports of squealing breaks, or claims of brakes failing or being unable to slow the train down, it looks like it was user error on the conductor.

Note that the train apparently was going over 100 mph on a curve with a 50 mph speed limit.
