Rowan county has a population of under 25,000, and there are six county clerks? And one of them is the son of the chief clerk? Nepotism and corruption anyone? I think it's time for the good citizens of Rowan County to take a closer look at their budget.

I'd say the rule applies; her son is doing the same fine job that she is.....
