This is the car fleet that awaited the Saudi King when he landed in USA:

He also took over the entire 222 room Four Seasons Hotel, which sent their current guests to other hotels.
Something like a 1,000 people were with him on the trip.

...that if you get one of the premium rental car loyalty memberships, you can just walk onto the lot and pick your car?

Except for Thrifty in Vegas for some reason. They are a privately owned franchise and they NEVER get the Blue Chip reservations sorted out.

Go to Budget rent-a-car, look at the options: Economy, Premium, and Luxury. Put in coupon code: BigPimpin', and you yourself can get a fleet of these yourself.
