CSU fraternity responds to complaints about confederate flag in window (CO)

Phi Kappa Tao’s Colorado State University chapter received complaints about a confederate flag hanging in a window of its house ... The flag is no longer visible from the outside of the house ... The fraternity has not yet given further information. The Collegian has notified the president of Phi Kappa Tao and is waiting for his response.
