What Do You Do With A Party The Refuses To Allow You To Save The Planet?

It is clear that no matter what you do to try to mitigate climate warming the GOP is determined to scuttle all efforts on the international scale. Yet we cannot seem to keep them out of critical offices nationally and locally.
