The trooper was abusing his authority. His sergeant stepped in to set him straight.

bully cop's lack of violence, he probably was white.

Note: Don't get on my ass about sounding white. I know it doesn't work out 100%, but I can't ignore my knowledge of the voices I've heard around me all my life, and I'm not assuming there's anything inherently "better" about sounding white.

Intimidation and military , clean cut, square jaw meant for show - I'm in charge , you will obey. Probably impractical as hell.

a state police facility. Not particularly strange. Lots of movies have bird's eye view shots.

justices. The police can search and detain you based upon their ignorance or misunderstanding of the law and any resulting charges will still be valid.

The problem is when someone armed with misinformation has a tendency to also be violent

I wonder how that first 2 minutes would have gone down had the filmmaker been Black

right after I heard he was using a drone, which is kind of a steroidal camera..

I knew for a fact that a black cameraman would never have gotten that far into the "argument" with the officer.
