Sometimes I think big city PDs should be disbanded, period, and should restart from the ground up, with no one on the force rehired because of the culture of corruption they participated in.

Then again, I do know good cops, guys out there trying to do a tough job.

It's just that the bad ones are so bad that it makes it nearly impossible not to paint them all with a broad brush.

Do you think they would testify against other cops?
Do you think they would come forward if they knew other cops were breaking the law?

He told me it was routine for the CPD to beat people with a phone book. Hitting them with the book didn't leave bruises but did beat the cramp out of them. Call them professional torturers.

There should be standards for cops not being fat. More importantly there should be standards for the number of cops to terrorize a woman..maybe two... and if standards were actually there, why terrorize rather than just arrest if there's a reason.

Just feel-good "Look! I did something about police violence!".
OF COURSE the police are going to turn them off or make sure they "malfunction". Who, really, did not see that coming?

You don't need to turn it off. A strategic application of duct tape should solve the problem.

If they were held accountable for their actions there wouldn't be a problem. They do it because 99.99% of they time they know nothing will be done to them. That's why they're trying to make it illegal to record them by anyone else.
