Update: Found that it stands for "Another Western Dawn".
Published in Pakistan, so its credibility is questionable. Such publications tend toward sensationalism.

He said it was Paki and my follow-up found he was right.

However, take a look at the things it's saying about the US. It's always interesting to see what other countries' media is telling its readership.
