PHOENIX - Four homeowners in the Aviano neighborhood in north Phoenix woke up to find their cars and garages tagged with swastikas and KKK symbols Friday ...

Resident Robin Bowie told ... Two of her family's cars were spray painted over night ...

"It makes me angry," she said. "It makes me wonder what is the motivation, why do people do that?" ...
