I'm bringing in or tying down anything movable. It's just safer that way. I'm two miles as the crow flies from the ocean and I'm four blocks from the Intracoastal Waterway...

We should all give thanks that Beryl doesn't have time to strengthen. She'll be close to a Cat1 at landfall.

I was sleeping, with my bedroom windown open (air conditioning broke down -- need an entire new system) and I didn't even wake up when the second half of the storm hit.

So we got some much needed rain, a little wind, and no damage here. A blessing.

I heard Queen Nikki screaming in Wisconsin that she's out to destroy unions.

By the way Beryl is moving WSW this morning at 50mph. She's likely to mess up the holiday weekend.

as much as possible. She is desperate for some national job. The Ethics Posse in the legislature is hot on her tail. She is threatening retribution by revealing their dirty laundry.
I say Dump Truck!' to all of them.
