1. For some strange reason although the story is very different

that 1990s Dustin Hoffman, Geena Davis, Andy Garcia movie Hero won't get out of my head.

2. They also found cocaine in his desk and are thinking he was thinking of planting it on the

administrator.

Yesterday afternoon, they came out with the wife and army son being involved story. Apparently, he told friends a few weeks ago he was "taking a break" from social media.

3. The sense of betrayal is enormous

Folks who didn't know there was an ongoing investigation of Gliniewicz and came out huge in support of him and his family, let alone the funeral procession honoring him... the guy was as dirty as they come. What a mess. I'm so thankful he didn't get someone shot with his fake-ass 'chasing three suspects' ploy.

4. Betrayal. They showed on local news where in the town there were still HERO posters

folks had put up after his death and the big Xs on them now crossing it out and not nice words written over on them like SCUM. People there have been betrayed yes, yet the town still has others in denial

7. It's incredibly how all of the tentacles of his deception are being found and followed.

I could not make this up in my wildest writings.

5. Every few hours it seems like more details come out that make this story crazier.

In addition to trying to hire a hit man and finding cocaine in his desk, two other items came out today.

1. The son in the military married the dad's mistress in a sham marriage to get better benefits.
2. Other cops actually wrote a letter about his misconduct to the mayor of Fox Lake which was ignored.

8. This story is amazing.

As soon as it came out that he was embezzling that kind of money, I knew that at least the wife had to be involved.

Some of the groups that donated money to the family are now asking for it back.

He was truly scum.
