You ought to let it sink in for a moment that these attackers are the people the refuges are trying to get away from.

I'm not going to minimize, but when Syrians and other Muslims around the Middle East are terrorized daily, it barely makes a ripple in our news cycle. Americans/Europeans are fairly xenophobic.
