What have been the successes of the War on Terror and Spreading Democracy?

How do you see the fledgling democracies in Afghanistan, Iraq, Libya, Egypt and potentially Syria shaping up in the future?

What about liberal democracy and freedom in the western world?

Has our zeal to spread democracy also borne fruit back at home?

Armed force is at best a preventative measure against armed aggression, not as a vehicle for social change,

Both huge failures started by idiots that care about profits more than they care about human lives. How is that democracy working out for us in Iraq? We have to stop the MIC from creating illegal wars.

Same with the War on Drugs, it is more profitable for the cartels and DHS to have a constant enemy (poor people) then to not have a war on poor people. Same with pay-for prisons.

This is all just one big con game that is self-perpetuating. Thanks to the greedy minds that dream of wealth and power. No matter what nation they live in.

everyone else loses, big-time.

Who's going to reign this in? .. this endless cycle of endless ME wars..

I recommend this 10-Min. video as one of the more intelligent discussions about ISIS/Paris attack
that I've seen yet. It's Bill Mayer posing the question Why do they hate us?" .. to a panel of
Dylan Rattigan, Michael Steele, and Jay Leno.
