...just weird. Why do they do that? Why do they do it and claim that they are the ones with Christian values and they are the ones who are the true patriots? It truly boggles the mind!

I was absolutely horrified upon hearing the news of this senseless, brutal terror attack in Paris. My prayers are with the victims, their families and the entire country of France.
Across the street from the White House is Lafayette Square. It named after the Marquis de Lafayette, a military officer who fought for the United States in the American Revolutionary War and was instrumental in helping to secure an alliance with France and our independence from England. The French were our fledgling nation's first ally.
Now we will stand with them in bringing these cowards to justice.

His remarks are astonishingly free of his usual disgusting slander and careless military posturing. I don't doubt for one second that he will soon revert to his usual awful rhetoric, but these remarks surprised me, even if only temporarily.
