Now, I don't know much about the bible. Honestly, but I have heard this repeated many times. So, I searched on the computer and found this..It is...Mark 12:31...see above for content.

Republicans who do not want to help refugees survive and take them in...do not follow this
Republicans who hate refugees, don't follow this
Republicans who do not fund food programs to a decent level, do not follow this
Republicans who vote against aid to students in college, do not follow this
Republicans who vote against gay rights do not follow this
Republicans who want to privatize social security so that big corporations can make more money..do not follow this
Republicans who do not fund public education in poor areas, do not follow this
Republicans who want to change Medicare to some sort of profit program so corporations can make more money, do not follow this
Republicans who are against vaccination...do not follow this
Republicans who hate the mentally ill and do not fund programs for them, do not follow this
Republicans who vote against clean air legislation....do not follow this...(because some neighbors have breathing problems., there I........................lots of asthma out there, and Republicans do not care about their neighbors with breathing problems )
Republicans who vote against aid to veterans, do not care about this..
Republicans who are / and were not in favor of improved safety laws for cars..(and they were not in favor) ..do not follow this
Republicans who vote against helping the poor, are..do not follow this
Republicans who vote for huge subsidies for large corporations, and vote for laws which limit many people from voting
......................... do not follow this..

there are many more, and I ask you to add as many as you want and desire

But the bible thumpers who claim God as their own, do not even follow the New Testament which they claim as their source of inspiration for everything...Also, I believe deeply that this is a truth that cannot be argued. If you disagree, then argue, but please be a little polite in that argument..thank you ..

6. Trickle down Jesus

Part of the oligarchy set up by the GOPers. Only the reich wing can interpret the BIBLE for you. Only they can tell you who is going to heaven (besides them, if any). Only they can tell you what Gawd likes and dislikes. They have hijacked Christianity.

It is a shame, really. I rather like the teachings of Jesus. If only Christians followed them.

I've always felt that if someone had a creationist POV then the earth itself is Eden and its assorted flora and fauna could be nothing but the creators proudest creations. Those that he has instructed us all to be good stewards towards.

If that is the case, all I can say is, he/she/it will be fairly displeased with those who have traded paradise for a profit and literally made it hell on earth for us all.
