Like "I'm not a fan of Bush but you have to give him credit for X" (X usually being some occasion where Bush followed conservative doctrine, and as opposed to the way Obama is currently handling a similar situation).

I have been seeing a lot of no refugees. I ask this: In 2007 bush ok'ed over 7,000 Iraqi refugees. What is the difference now? Kasich allowed hundreds of Syrian refugees last week, what is the difference this week?
