if Snowden and wikileaks can get the info they get,

HOW am i to believe we can't shut down the communications and PR of ISIS? apparently they have a magazine (!), twitter accounts, pr and recruiting staff, and encrypted communications. We are supposed to be one of the most tecnologically advanced countries on earth. we produced Jobs, Gates, and, yes, Snowden.

how can we not be doing this?

the kool aid drinker in me is starting to think a half hearted effort will make it easier to go to war. please tell me to put the glass and pitcher down, if you can......

I wondered that a full year ago. How is it that Syria and Iraq can't completely cut off Mosul, Raqqa, etc.?

Making 100,000 civilians die of thirst isn't exactly going to be helpful in fighting them.

Look at Kobane after four months--and those were our guys. And edit to add: Many Mosul citizens invited ISIS in, there are a lot of sympathizers there. Same with Raqqa.

You cut off one head, and more grow to replace it?

You shut down a bunch of twitter accounts, and more are set up in minutes.

Everything you list as an example is easy to set up, and then easy to replace if it is somehow shut down.

Wikileaks is a site to post info.

And for the record, Snowden stole information by taking advantage of loopholes, and Assange begs/steals/buys/hacks his information...
