"Judeo-Christian" or "Christian Nation" seems to be the foxhole that the conservatives that plague my life seem to readily jump headlong into when they lose a debate on issues. That, and guns: Very big issue with them.

Usually begins with a totally pathetic attempt at sounding objective when they blame "democrats and republicans" for the working class getting slaughtered. Once the machinations of the GOP teahadists are brought up they completely abandon any notion of economic populism and dive into their aforementioned social issue bullshit foxholes.
