At Donald Trump Rally, Ohio Students Become Part of a Lesson
..............
He even got them to mock their brethren who could not get into the hall. You should have gotten here earlier, Mr. Trump said to applause.
When he referred to the man identified as the ringleader of the Paris attacks this month as the guy with the dirty, filthy hat, the crowd chuckled, but one of the high school girls, unexpectedly appalled, shouted, You bastard, before lowering her head.
When Mr. Trump said he would bring back waterboarding as an interrogation tactic against terrorism suspects, and added, If it doesnt work, they deserve it anyway, an older couple behind the group of teenagers threw back their heads in utter delight.
Amen, the woman said.
Oh, my God, one of the high school girls said. Another covered her mouth in shock.

The word hasn't changed.
These (presumably christian) fascists are just lending their support to a different mindset.
One that the Jesus of the bible would not support, but that doesn't seem to bother this generation of his "followers".

Lord our Father, our young patriots, idols of our hearts, go forth into battle be Thou near them! With them in spirit we also go forth from the sweet peace of our beloved firesides to smite the foe. O Lord our God, help us tear their soldiers to bloody shreds with our shells; help us to cover their smiling fields with the pale forms of their patriot dead; help us to drown the thunder of the guns with the shrieks of their wounded, writhing in pain; help us to lay waste their humble homes with a hurricane of fire; help us to wring the hearts of their unoffending widows with unavailing grief; help us to turn them out roofless with their little children to wander unfriended in the wastes of their desolated land in rags and hunger and thirst, sports of the sun flames in summer and the icy winds of winter, broken in spirit, worn with travail, imploring thee for the refuge of the grave and denied it
For our sakes who adore Thee, Lord, blast their hopes, blight their lives, protract their bitter pilgrimmage, make heavy their steps, water their way with their tears, stain the white snow with the blood of their wounded feet!
We ask it, in the spirit of love, of Him Who is the Source of Love, and Who is the ever-faithful refuge and friend of all that are sore beset and seek His aid with humble and contrite hearts. Amen.

It's a word used to agree with the anti gay venom the preacher serves between passing the plate and the closing hymn, traditionally in the middle the cleric rails against LGBT and other sinners, people shout 'Amen' then they offer praise to themselves and shout 'Amen' again, pray out loud and go home. That's what they call a 'worship service'.
