(14,881 posts)I have multiple "one things."
1. I've dramatically reduced the amount of meat I eat, and continue to do so. Never more than one meal/day, very small portions, and multiple meatless days/week.
2. I grow as much as my own organic veggies and fruits as I can. Each year, I expand my growing space and what I grow.
3. I only crank the heat above 58 degrees if I'm sick. Even then, I'm more likely to just stay in bed heated by 2 dogs and electric blanket.
4. I combine errands as much as possible into single trips.
5. I'm increasingly cooking from scratch, reducing paper and plastic waste.
6. I up-cycle and re-cycle where I can. And come up with news ways as I go.
7. Saved money goes into more insulation. Next project on my DIY list is to build an insulation plug-in door for uninsulated crawl space section of roof in attic.

Another reason to fight back against the religious wack jobs and their various religions. Population overload...why isn't anyone talking about it?
