The most dangerous, violent, and murderous gang in Chicago wears blue uniforms.

No other gang comes close to the thugs in blue in the CPD.

I think you'd find it a big challenge to put some numbers behind that, especially considering the murder rate in Chicago.

And they are a gang, no different from what they claim to be policing.
