say what? Possible human foot sent to Conservative Party HQ

Ottawa police say the suspicious package sent to the Conservative Party of Canada's headquarters appears to be a human foot.

Police say a call about a suspicious package at 130 Albert St. came in around 11:20 a.m.

According to police, all emergency services responded to the call, including a Hazardous Materials and Items team (HazMat).

The package, which police confirm was sent through Canada Post, was partially opened when police arrived.
