PLATTSMOUTH, Neb. Donny and Marie are shy.
When visitors come, the 4-month-old fox squirrels huddle at the back of their cage. Donny hides inside his padded nest. Marie, a little braver, fixes herself to the nests roof and eyes strangers warily.
They arent often like this for Tammy Parker.
Youre usually so good for mama, she cooed on a recent morning.
