https://pbs.twimg.com/tweet_video/CVZm8HAWsAA16LZ.mp4Rifling through the crib of an orphaned (through no fault of its own, let not bring the awful parents into this one) 6 month old looking for scoops.
You can almost see a second of shame and regret come on his face, but then he proceeded to blissfully dig through the apartment while revealing the birthday photos, social security cards and driver licenses of family members who had nothing to do with the shooting.

Motherfuck the FBI/Sheriff/whoever for not securing the home, and motherfuck the landlord for selling out so cheaply (allegedly $1000) and opening up the floodgates...

Homes are generally secured when LE feels there may be something more to be gleamed from the crime scene, and because defense attorneys need access to properly defend their clients.
The "clients," in this case, are dead and I can assure you that the FBI has done a very thorough job of acquiring everything they need - electronics, papers, DNA, fingerprints, etc.

For instance, I keep my passport, but my parents have my birth certificate and social security card at their home. I live in apartment they live in a house they own, guess who is more likely to lose some kind of critical document by moving it, heh.
