1. This is what I thought at the start, then I dismissed it, now I'm rethinking it.

At any rate, he's so unbelievably outrageous that's it difficult for me to believe he's not doing this on purpose.

I thought very much like you. I thought it was for grins and giggles, then I thought it was seriously, and now the man makes Al Davis look sane.

I'd hardly call a huge proportion of the population "maggots" because I don't agree with them.

We are not robots,we are humans.

Humans often disagree ---that's the way it has always been.

Name calling is juvenile.

In what way is trump behaving like an internet troll?

Not arguing, just asking. I realize these words evolve in meaning faster than some of us old folks can follow.

I tend to think Trump is much more dangerous than a troll, because he is bringing a depth of viciousness out into public discourse in a way that tends to validate it.

he would turn around and reveal his real motive for running on such a bigoted, ignorant, arrogant platform is to show up the Republican party for what it is, and immediately turn down the nomination for someone else, perhaps whoever is at the bottom of the poll, or the Democratic candidate. Is that crazy to think?

It is a sad commentary but Americans are not the only ones susceptible to the 'Trump' approach.

Was sporting a big honking Trump 2016 button the other day. I, of course extolled all of Trumps "virtues" and she just shook her head, smiled and said, "I love ya anyway."

She also happens to be Jewish though I don't think she's nearly as observant as her liberal mother.

Anyway, I couldn't believe it when I saw that thing. PS, she thinks Trump's bankruptcies were just smart business moves and they don't concern her in the slightest.
