A couple of years ago the Open Carry gun NUTS pranced through Texas with their rifles (long arms) strapped on their backs, wanting to be inside J.C.Pennys, when they embarrassed good cops who didnt know what the name of the game was. And the other thing they did was to be fawned over by idiot local radio wingnuts and reporters who GUSHED erotically all over the dude doing the deed.
Back then this micro-fuhrer was supposedly named Zach HORTON, but it turned out his real(?) name is Murdoch PIZGATTI. There's also a "Matthew PIZGATTI" out there, could he be the "Matthew SHORT" in the news item below?
So a news item this week was that there would be a gunNUT demonstration at UT-Austin. They are going to have a mock mass shooting. This would be near the site of that FIRST mass shooting by Charles WHITMAN in 1966. To use a Texas redneck word: Tacky TACKY *TACKY* But this morning on MSNBC *there* was this PIZGATTI jerk being interviewed as the leader of this carnival. Theres going to be a counter-demonstration, hopefully larger. But its supposed to rain, so everything might fizzle.
He looks different now. He was shaggy haired and dressed in down home duds. These gunnuts like to dress shabbily and in flip flops with their weapons on their backs when they shuffle through downtowns to show how normal they are. Well now he has a neat haircut and hes getting thin on top. And apparently hes very picky about his hair dressers because a top result in Googling him this morning was his NASTY review about a hair salons job on his precious locks. And he included a picture of a highway sign with the salons name scrawled on it. Either he defaced a public highway sign or he photoshopped, but since hes all for freedom he very well might have defaced the sign itself.
What does PIZGATTI do to make a living to travel all over?
But typical for John WAYNE chickenhawks, THEY dont volunteer to defend freedom in actual combat. Oh, because theyre polite!
Googling now shows that this jerk is also involved with Libertarian groups FROM RUSSIA! They love Ayn RAND, who showed typical wingnut hypocrisy in denouncing public programs, but SCARFED UP ON SOCIAL SECURITY and other social services.

Mock mass shooting changes location after warnings from UT
6: 30 p.m. update: After University of Texas officials said a gun rights demonstration planned for this weekend could be considered criminal trespass, the organizers said the demonstration would likely be staged on Guadalupe Street, adjacent to campus.
We will move forward with the event on the adjacent public land using UT as the backdrop, said Murdoch Pizgatti, a founder of the gun rights groups Come and Take It Texas and DontComply.com. ....
Earlier: Gun rights groups say they will conduct a mock mass shooting this weekend at the University of Texas campus as they try to end gun-free zones.
The Open Carry Walk and Crisis Performance Event will involve actors shot by perpetrators armed with cardboard weapons, said Matthew Short, a spokesman for the gun rights groups Come and Take It Texas and DontComply.com.
Its a fake mass shooting, and well use fake blood, he said. He said gun noises will be blared from bullhorns. Other people will then play the role of rescuers, also armed with cardboard weapons. ....
We want criminals to fear the public being armed, Short said. An armed society is a polite society.
We love freedom and were trying to make more freedom, he said.

(20,176 posts)It was Inherent Vice by Thomas Pynchon. One of the characters in the book is a professional agitator employed (mostly against his will) by a secretive Birch-like organization of RW Doomsday-prepping gun-nut Californians. This guy just brought that to mind. You should read it, it's a good novel...it's also shorter and less confusing than most Pynchon novels.
Highly recommend.
