Angela Merkel
Has a Ph.D in Quantum Chemistry. I think that the only American president with a Ph.D was Woodrow Wilson. But, I suppose, this is not good enough to the Princeton whiners who want to remove his name.
Oh, and "Josiah Bartlett" of the West Wing had a Ph.D. In economics. Even received the Noble prize in Economics. Yes, only a fictional character like that can occupy the White House. At least Bill Clinton was a Rhodes Scholar.
